INDIVIDUAL REGIONAL DIRECTORS' MEETING OF THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF HIGHWAYS WAS COMPLETED IN ANKARA
The second Individual Regional Directors' Meeting of the General Directorate of Highways was held in Ankara, following the first meeting held in Sivas in recent days. The meeting was held on Monday, 19 October, at the General Directorate's headquarters, with the participation of Director General of Highways Ahmet Gülşen. Regional Directors from Istanbul, Izmir, Konya, Ankara, Kayseri, Antalya, Bursa and Kastamonu, as well as Deputy Directors General and Heads of Departments, attended the meeting.
In the meeting, Activities carried out within the areas of responsibility of the Regional Directorates were comprehensively evaluated. The status of ongoing projects and the targets set for them were discussed, and views were exchanged.
The meeting also addressed issues related to ensuring that projects progress in line with established schedules, carrying out field operations effectively and strenghening coordination between units. The meeting, during which the Regional Directorates shared their assessments, is important for monitoring ongoing activities and determining priorities for the upcoming period.
