INDIVIDUAL REGIONAL DIRECTORS' MEETING OF THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF HIGHWAYS HELD IN SİVAS
The Individual Regional Directors' Meeting was held at the 16th Regional Directorate of Highways in Sivas, with the participation of Director General of Highways Ahmet Gülşen.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Sivas, Erzurum, Trabzon, Samsun, Mersin, Van, Diyarbakır, Kars and Elazığ Regional Directorates, as well as Deputy Directors General and Heads of Departments. Ongoing activities in the regions were discussed, and views were exchanged on preparations for the upcoming winter season. Preparations aimed at minimizing the adverse effects of winter conditions on road transportation and ensuring safe and uninterrupted travel for citizens were also reviewed.
The meeting addressed the activities of the Regional Directorates, the current status of field operations and year-end targets. Assessments were also made regarding plans for the upcoming period, with particular emphasis on the importance of coordination and information sharing among the Regional Directorates.
The Individual Regional Directors' Meeting is also planned to be held in Bursa in the coming days, with the participation of the Regional Directorates located in Central Anatolia, Marmara, the Aegean, the Western Mediterranean and the Western Black Sea regions.
