DIRECTOR GENERAL AHMET GÜLŞEN VISITED THE ROAD CONSTRUCTION SITES
Director General of Highway Ahmet Gülşen received a briefing from officials on the ongoing works while inspecting the ongoing highway investments in Tokat, Samsun, Ordu and Sinop between july 5-7.
On july 5, following the groundbreaking ceremony for Çamlıbel Tunnel which was also attented by Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, Director General Ahmet Gülşen visited the Tokat-Niksar Road construction site and received a briefing from officials on the latest progress of the projects. He then conducted inspections at the construction site of the Niksar–Başçiftlik Road, where the remaining works will be carried out under a completion contract, and received a briefing from officials on the project.
On the second day of the schedule Gülşen visited the Samsun Western Peripheral Road, reviewed the ongoing works on the project. He then went to the Ünye-Akkuş State Road construction site, when he received a briefing on the ongoing works he inspected landslide area.
After that, Ahmet Gülşen received information about the project, inspected the works as a part of Ordu City Hospital Connection Roads. General Director Gülşen continued his program by visiting the Ordu–Kabadüz Road and Kabadüz–Çambaşı Road construction sites, where he reviewed the latest progress of the transportation investments in the region.
Following the evaluation meeting held on July 7, General Director Gülşen visited the Sinop-Ayancık State Road construction site. Later, Gülşen then inspected the (Türkeli–Ayancık) Junction–(Taşköprü–Boyabat) Junction Provincial Road and Boyabat Peripheral Road construction sites, where he reviewed the current status of the projects and evaluated the planned works. He concluded his program with a visit to the 79th Boyabat Subdivision Chiefdom.
