EVALUATION MEETING HELD AT THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF HIGHWAYS
An evaluation meeting was held at the General Directorate of Highways under the chairmanship of Director General Ahmet Gülşen, with the participation of Deputy Directors General and directors of Departments.
At the meeting, the work carried out during the first six months of the year was comprehensively reviewed. The meeting reviewed the physical and financial progress achieved in highway investments as well as maintenance and operation activities. Consultations were also held on the work being carried out to achieve the year-end targets.
Transportation and traffic measures taken by the General Directorate of Highway before the NATO Summit to be held in our country, this is the one of the topics, figured of the meeting agenta. By evaluating the coordination efforts carried out throughout the process,views were exchanged on the implementation process.
At the meeting also was discussed various matters within the General Directorate's field of responsibility, and the ongoing work was reviewed. Stress was laid on planning for the upcoming period and an exchange of views was held on further improving the institution's service quality.
