"We are currently progressing with 21 separate highway projects in Sivas"

Uraloğlu emphasized that they have connected Sivas to Erzincan, Kayseri, Tokat, Yozgat, and Kahramanmaraş with divided roads. He stated that they are continuing with 21 separate highway projects across the province, with a total project cost of 41 billion 404 million Turkish Lira.

Providing details about the Yağdonduran Tunnel, Uraloğlu stated, 'We have constructed our Yağdonduran Tunnel, spanning a total length of 1,567 meters, including an 850-meter main tunnel and a 717-meter open-close structure, at an altitude of 1,750 meters. The tunnel, starting at an elevation of 1,674 meters and ending at 1,705 meters, is built with a double-tube structure according to the standards of bituminous hot mix coated divided roads. The total length of the tunnel project, including connecting roads, reaches 5 kilometers."

"We have ensured uninterrupted transportation with the comfort of the tunnel, addressing occasional disruptions in transit"

Uraloğlu highlighted that they have ensured seamless transportation with tunnel comfort, particularly addressing occasional disruptions due to heavy snowfall, icing, and blizzards during winter months. He emphasized that they have facilitated faster and safer travel on routes previously challenging for heavy vehicle traffic, where vehicles had to ascend first and then descend, overcoming difficulties."

Minister Uraloğlu emphasized that with the construction of the Yağdonduran Tunnel and ongoing works on the existing road, they have shortened the route by 2.2 kilometers, reducing travel time from 40 minutes to 30 minutes. He mentioned that this initiative will result in annual savings of 253 million Turkish Lira, including 110 million from time and 143 million from fuel. Uraloğlu added that they will also contribute to environmental conservation by reducing carbon emissions by 10,200 tons, thus aiding in the preservation of nature.

"With the Numune Hospital Multi-Level Intersection, we will achieve annual savings totaling 196 million Turkish Lira"

"Uraloğlu continued by stating that due to Sivas's significant transit traffic burden alongside local traffic, they have constructed the Numune Hospital Multi-Level Intersection where the route connecting Sivas city center and Numune Hospital intersects with the D-200 State Road. He highlighted, 'By ensuring uninterrupted flow and relieving the area of congestion, where nearly 40,000 vehicles pass daily, by eliminating stop-and-go traffic with signaling, we have provided safe and comfortable access for patients, healthcare staff, and visitors to Numune Hospital. Especially in emergency situations where time is critical, we have facilitated swift ambulance and patient transfer vehicle access to the hospital. With our intersection, we will achieve annual savings totaling 196 million Turkish Lira, 191 million from time and 5 million from fuel. Furthermore, we will contribute to environmental conservation by reducing carbon emissions by 396 tons.'"
